Farm Park Policies:
All ticket purchases
- E-tickets purchased online are guaranteed entry
- A booking fee is applied to online e-ticket transactions/sales
- E-tickets purchased online can be shown on your mobile device on arrival
- ‘On the door’ ticket purchases are an additional £1pp and are subject to availability
- E-tickets are valid for the date on the ticket only
- When purchasing your e-tickets online/contacting THCP electronically, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your information (see Privacy Policy/website Ts&Cs) insert link
- Cancellations/refunds/transfers cannot be given (including after entry) for any reason
- Annual passes, online offers, free party/school/family passes, and discount vouchers are NOT valid for special events
- Some events are subject to an increased ticket price (see individual event for more details)

- All events, activities and opening times are subject to change
- THCP may offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date. Earlier purchases will not be refunded the difference
- If a special event is cancelled for any reason your ticket(s) will be transferred to a new date
- For some events, there will be a THCP photographer on site. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff on your arrival
VOUCHERS
- No cash value
- Not valid on event days
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Valid for the amount/value shown on the voucher
- Valid for 12 months from the date issued/purchased
- Must be presented on the day of your visit
DISCOUNTS and OFFERS
- Only one offer or discount can be used for one transaction/booking.
- We can not extend the expiry date of any vouchers, discounts, or vouchers.
- This offer has now expired and will return summer 2024.
- Blue Light ID free entry is valid: 22nd July – 30th September 2023
- A valid Blue Light ID card allows the cardholder one free adult entry into Thornton Hall Farm
- One Free adult with one full paying child.
- On booking (online) select ‘Blue Light admission’
- Your Blue Light ID card must be shown on arrival along with another form of photo ID (e.g. driving license). Failure to do so will result in full payment being charged
- Anyone identified using a Blue Light ID card that is not their own, will be reported
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Cannot be used against pre-booked tickets

- Club Thornton membership is free
- Priority ticket sales to selected events only
- Any offers/discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Only one free incentive, giveaway, and ticket per Club Thornton member (and subject to availability)
- You can unsubscribe at any time via the link within Club Thornton emails.
- Your Club Thornton data is stored within Mailchimp
- THCP reserves the right to change or modify any offers
- Guide dogs are welcome but for the comfort and safety of our livestock, please leave other pooches behind
- Opening times and activities are subject to change

- If you are pregnant, we offer our congratulations but please avoid contact with sheep and goats
- Farm Park rides are not recommended for pregnant women or people with back, joint injuries or heart conditions
- The farm operates a NO SMOKING policy on the premises (including the use of all types of e-cigarettes/vapes)
- For your safety, all rides are weather permitting
- Thornton Hall Country Park cannot accept liability for any damage or personal injury incurred whilst visiting the farm or on any ride
- Always wash your hands after animal contact
- You can get zoonotic diseases (zoonoses – the term used for infections that can pass between animals and humans) from direct contact with animals: touching/bites, contaminated food/water and contaminated objects such as gates/bedding etc. Most common zoonotic diseases include: Coli, Cryptosporidiosis, Salmonella, Ringworm
Prevention:
- Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after touching animals, fences or other surfaces in animal areas and before eating or drinking (gels and wipes do not remove dirt/diseases)
- Do not put hands on faces or fingers in mouths while petting animals and whilst on the farm
- Do not kiss farm animals or allow children to put their faces close to animals
- Do not eat or drink while touching animals
- Do not eat anything that has fallen on the floor
If you believe you have any symptoms of a zoonotic disease, book an appointment with your GP as soon as possible
- Visitors must not cause any distress to our animals for example through antagonistic behaviour
- THCP does not tolerate offensive language and abuse/violence towards any visitor, contractor or staff member
- Dangerous, inappropriate or offensive items are not permitted (e.g. alcohol, weapons or clothing with wording which could be found offensive by those in a family environment)
- THCP reserve the right to refuse admission
- Please be cautious if purchasing tickets from a private seller/competitions via social media. We are unable to accept any liability for any ‘fake’ tickets or money lost for transactions which are not through our approved channels
- Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk
- THCP cannot accept liability for injury, loss, delay or theft experienced by visitors whilst within any of its buildings, car parks or grounds
- Children must be supervised at all times. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- We operate CCTV at THCP in certain areas and your image may be captured and processed. This is done to assist in ensuring your reasonable safety and security during your visit. Footage will only be released, to appropriate authorities, upon formal and appropriate request
- THCP reserve the right to refuse admission
- A non-refundable deposit of £100 secures your party slot at THCP
- Balance to be paid on the day of the party
- Minimum number of 12 guests
- Party bookings include 6 free adult admissions for the birthday child
- An additional 2 free adults admitted for every paying party child
- Siblings not attending the party will be charged a reduced entry price
- Final numbers to be confirmed 7 days before the party date
